Rita Ama Asantewaa Tandoh serves as the legal and client services manager at Nationwide Medical Insurance. Rita leads a team of professionals responsible for building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with clients for business continuity. She plays a key role in the formulation and execution of strategies and programs for efficient client management.

With over a decade of experience in customer service across real estate, telecommunications, and insurance sectors, she is deeply committed to delivering and maintaining high service standards.

 Additionally, Rita is involved in handling complaints and feedback, identifying trends to influence policy decisions, and enhancing overall customer experience. She also prepares and reviews client and third-party contracts.

 She is an alumna of Wesley Girls’ High School and holds a BA from the University of Ghana, Legon. Rita further obtained an LLB and qualified as a lawyer after earning a BL from the Ghana School of Law.

Throughout her career, Rita has actively engaged in various training programs covering Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, and Communication. Her expertise and experience contribute significantly to the success of Nationwide Medical Insurance in providing exceptional service delivery.
