Benjamin Res Esantsi is the Finance and Administration Manager at Nationwide Medical Insurance. Prior to joining Nationwide, he worked as a finance consultant and the local Director at Challenges Group Ghana, a management consultancy company headquartered in the UK from 2018.

He has been involved in managing various projects such as the Scottish Accelerator projects, Market Analytics and Diagnostics, a World Bank funded project with Ghana Climate Innovation Centre (GCIC) and other finance related advisory assignments for clients in the health, hospitality, agriculture, tech sector’s etc.

Benjamin holds an MBA in Petroleum Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and has degree in applied accounting from Oxford brooks University in the United Kingdom. He is also passionate about impacting knowledge and learning from others irrespective of their background and experience. Mr. Esantsi has more than 5 years of experience in senior management and has expertise in financial management, the creation of financial systems, business consulting, etc.

Benjamin has over 8 years’ experience with Challenges Group Ghana, Challenges Worldwide National Investment Bank Ghana Limited and PricewaterhouseCoopers Ghana Limited. His expertise and experience include finance and accounting, operations, project management, business advisory and consulting, audit and international development which cuts across different industry sectors.
