Gaddiel is an organized and dependable MIS professional, successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. He has over 15 years of experience in Database Management, Web Applications, System Design & Implementation, IT Security, and Technology Integrations.

He joined Nationwide Medical Health Insurance in November 2023 as a consultant after a rich working experience with top financial institutions such as Bond Savings and Loans PLC. He served in various portfolios, such as Head of Digital Solutions, Head of Business Solutions, and Head of E-Banking, from 2015 to 2023. He also worked as the IT Manager with RLG Communications between 2014 and 2015 and as the IT Manager for ACI Financial Services from 2013 to 2014. He also served as the acting Head of IT for Access Bank Ghana PLC in 2012 after successfully serving as the Team Lead, System Development & Application Support in the same year.

He has in-depth knowledge in project management in which he completed a course at the Cambridge School of Excellence. He holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security & Digital Forensics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) also from KNUST.
